A Stamford, Conn., dad pleaded guilty yesterday to felony attempted sex abuse after chaperoning a bus trip into New York City that prosecutors say turned into a vodka-fueled schoolgirl grope-fest.
Tomas Manzano, 35, will be sentenced next month to the all but six months he’s served since his arrest in June outside the Mars 2112 restaurant in Midtown. He also got 10 years’ probation and will have to register as a sex offender.
“He caressed their faces . . . he tickled some of the children close to their privates,” Assistant District Attorney Lawrence Newman said back in July.
In the worst instances, Manzano sexually fondled the girls, classmates of his son, while swilling vodka from a water bottle, the prosecutor said.
